What is the Beauty Factory cancellation policy?

-Please call us at least 48hrs prior to your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit. -Same day cancellations, client will be charged for full service. -Deposits are non-refundable, may be transferred upon request as a one-time courtesy and must be within 3 months of initial cancellation.
What is the Covid-19 Requlations?

Even before the COVID-19 pandemic there were already stringent disinfectant policies in place. Cleanliness is next to Godliness, and we are Gods and Goddesses so understand keeping you safe and healthy is my #1 priority. Here is a list of procedures you can expect before your procedure. - Washing my hands before and after every step. - All medical tools and work station are thoroughly disinfected before and after each use. - Masks are always worn by the artist and client.
