-Please call us at least 48hrs prior to your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit. 
-Same day cancellations, client will be charged for full service. 
-Deposits are non-refundable, may be transferred upon request as a one-time courtesy and must be within 3 months of initial cancellation.
